Agbada Balogun Ijaye on Yerin Egbaliganza

Black on gold. The agbada is cut in velvet and trimmed with fur across the shoulder; beneath it the Egbaliganza yerin is wrapped in gold damask and falls to the shoe. A piece for evening ceremony, where the light has to find something to catch. Made to measure in the Lagos atelier.

Each piece is finished by hand in our atelier; slight variation in weave and dye is the signature of authentic African craft.
