A teal striped weave cut into the Kakanfo, worn under a shoulder cape embroidered with dark florals and finished with a gold gele. The cape is built on its own frame so it holds the line of the shoulder through the day. For weddings and installations, where the piece is expected to be remembered. Entirely hand-finished in the Lagos atelier.
Each piece is finished by hand in our atelier; slight variation in weave and dye is the signature of authentic African craft.
Dry clean only. Store flat or padded. Beadwork should be handled gently. Hand-dyed pieces may deepen beautifully with age.
